When I am reaching for my leafy green ingredient for my juice, I usually just choose one. Kale, or spinach, or some other dark leafy green. But today I used both kale and spinach. I'm glad I did because it was great, and why not pack in the nutrients?
Two Is Better Than One:
2 cups spinach
4 branches of kale
3 stalks of celery
1 1/2 cucumbers
1 1/2 tomatoes
1/2 lemon
1/2 orange
1/2 pear
1/2 peach
